Puma Punku
The south side

The south side of the temple at Puma Punku resembled the Akapana Pyramid at Tiwanaku, with the stepped pyramid look more obvious.  The horizontal top bar of the “T” aspect of the temple is clear in the left photo above.  The walls looked fascinating, but as usual they were off limits to tourists.  The above photos give a better understanding of how high above the original ground this temple sat.
