The day after visiting Yaxchilan, we visited Bonampak.  The weather was again cloudy and overcast, giving Bonampak a similarly dark moody feeling.  I also felt dark and moody, quiet and somber.  And I again want to return to Bonampak on a sunny day.  If I recall correctly, INAH allowed tripods (for a fee) at Bonampak.
