The Temple of the Inscriptions, the Temple of the Red Queen (also called the Grandmother Temple), and the Temple of the Skull, seen from the Palace, at Palenque

I visited the majestic Mayan city of Palenque in March.  This year Palenque, seemed to light up, like the temples were emitting light.  I felt amazed and “enlightened” :-)  For more photos of Palenque, see our 2005 trip to Chiapas and my 2008 trip to Palenque.
