After all the travel and adventure of visiting Mayan sites, we spent the last 3 days of our journey relaxing the beautiful island of Roatan off the coast of Honduras.  Adele and I stayed at a hotel on the West Bay/Beach.  We spent most of the time lying on the beach or in the water.  We also found time to visit the local butterfly farm and ANTHONY’S KEY WEST, where we swam with captive bottlenose dolphins.  Totally cool!  And then we began the long journey home to Sedona.
