Balamku
Central Group

The Central Group is the next group of temples.  The temples are situated around a plaza.  The temples here are larger than in the South Group.

According to the INAH sign, the Central Group consists of 2 plazas, only the North Plaza is partially restored.  Structure I, which contains the frieze, comprises 3 pyramidal foundations articulated together and oriented from east to west.

I liked this group and enjoyed walking up all of the temples.
