Yucatan - February 2009
Becan
Central Plaza

The Central Plaza includes Temple VIII, Temple IX, and Temple X with a ball court just behind Temple X.  I liked Temple IX the best; it is a tall pyramid with cool masks on both sides of the stairway near the top.  The map shows other temples and buildings besides these 3 temples, but you cannot see any of them at the site.  I guess INAH has not excavated or restored them yet.
