After visiting the Palace, we walked over to the courtyard. The Palace and the Pyramid of the Masks, along with some smaller temples opposite them, form a courtyard. The courtyard, along with all of these temples, sits upon a raised plaza. The courtyard feels peaceful and gentle, a great place to relax after climbing all of these temples.
