After visiting the Pyramid of the Magician, we walked on to the Nunnery Quadrangle. The Nunnery Quadrangle is located behind the Pyramid of the Magician. The design of these temples is very interesting. The south temple sits the lowest, followed by the east and west temples being at about the same height, slightly higher than the south temple. Finally, the north temple is elevated the highest. The entrance to the Nunnery Quadrangle is through the south temple. Another peculiar quality to the Nunnery Quadrangle is that the 4 temples are not perpendicular to each other.
I loved the Nunnery Quadrangle; I really enjoyed just sitting in this area and passing the day away.
You have to walk through the Nunnery Quadrangle to get to the Birds’ Quadrangle and the west side of the Pyramid of the Magician.
