The “Atlantes” Temple

After visiting the “Small” Temple, we finished our visit of Ake with the “Atlantes” Temple.  I call this temple the “Atlantes” Temple because it reminds me of the Toltec Temple of the Atlantes in Tula.  The tree in front of it is amazing and feels like the “Tree of Life” in the movie THE FOUNTAIN.  I took the first photo from the top of the “Chultun” Temple.  I loved being on this temple the best of all the temples at Ake.  I feel that this temple retains its original energy.  Enrique and I sat on this temple for quite a while.
