After visiting the Edifice Chenes, we walked over to a group of stone phalluses.  Walking past the Governor’s Palace and just before you reach the House of the Old Woman is a tent containing many stone phalluses.  They were supposedly used in fertility rites ( why the female genitalia was not also represented remains unexplained).  I did not feel any energy from these phalluses.
