I first visited the Yucatan in March 2006 with our friends Aluna Joy and her partner Raphael and the group they called together.  I did not enjoy that experience because my Mother was in bad health and passed away shortly after the trip.

I subsequently visited the Yucatan in December 2007, November 2008, February 2009, and December 2009, and December 2011.  These trips went much better, wonderful in fact.  I love the feeling of the Yucatan; the people and the land and the food are just feel wonderful and beautiful.  And some of my favorite Mayan cities are located in the Yucatan, including Uxmal and Labna.  Click on the picture above to see my December 2007 Yucatan photos.  Click on the links below for my other photos:
